Jacqueline S. Rush, 83, of Findlay, passed away on December 26, 2014 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center. She was born March 14, 1931 in Logan, West Virginia to the late John and Anna (Mae) Boggs. She married Gilbert Rush on April 1st, 1967 and they shared 43 years together.
Jacqueline was an Accountant with the Moose Lodge in Westfield, NY before retiring after 30 years of service. She was a member of Grace Bible Church in Lucas, Ohio. Jacqueline loved to sing with the church choir and enjoyed crocheting. She was also a Grand Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star and a member of TOPS.
Jacqueline is survived by her sons, Stephen (Carole) Henry, and Jan Edward Henry; stepson, Jonnie (Ivy) Rush; stepdaughters, Val Rush and Janet McGuire; sisters, Pauline Netotea and Janet Downing; brothers, Donald and John Boggs; 28 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Rush; son, David Henry; daughter, Shelly Rush; grandson, Harry Rush; granddaughter, McKenzie Rush; stepsons, Tom and Gilbert Jr. (Marty) Rush; and sister, Virginia DeBatiste.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Grace Bible Church in Lucas, Ohio. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements.
