Joan Krout, 88, of Findlay, Ohio, passed away on March 15, 2015 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center. She was born October 4, 1926 in McComb, Ohio to the late Harlan and Leafy (Wright) Pendleton.
Joan was a cashier with Taco Bell for 12 years before retiring. She loved and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Joan is survived by her son, Joseph Krout; daughters, Judy McGaugh, Nancy Harper all of Findlay; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. Joan was preceded in death by husband, Jack Krout; parents; sister, Jean Shock; brothers, Willis “Bill”, Lester “Bud”, and Tom Pendleton.
The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses; Connie, Lisa, Debbie and the entire staff for their support and special care.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Maple Grove Cemetery. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorial contributions in Joan’s name may be made to Bridge Home Health and Hospice of Findlay.
