Dorothy M. Hill 90, of Findlay, passed away on July 3, 2015 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center. Dorothy was born on October 30, 1924 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Milford Henry and Irene Feasel. She married Myron L. Hill on December 16, 1945 in Tiffin, Ohio and he preceded her in death on June 10, 2001. Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of the Arcadia United Methodist Church.
Dorothy is survived by her children, Michael (Vicki), of Acworth, GA, Dennis (Amy), of Findlay, Jon (Linda), Gregory Hill, Melody (Rick) Bowman, all of Arcadia, and Dee (Donald) Monteleone, of Bowling Green; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Willard, P. James, Donald, and Arnold Snyder; sister, Barbara Shafer, step-brother, Ray Matthews; step-sisters, Mary Ann Folk, Beverly hoover, Alice Tuttle, and Susan Gibson. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Waverly Susan Blunk; brothers, William Snyder, Chester Snyder; sister, Pauline Dewald, Donna Saxion, and Betty Kerr; step-brothers, Lloyd Matthews, and Richard Matthews; and a step-sister, Norma McDonald.
A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, from 4-8 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Arcadia United Methodist Church with Pastor Erma Metzger and Gary Yarbrough officiating. A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to service (10-11 a.m.) at the church. Burial will follow at Knollcrest cemetery in Arcadia.
