Joanne Cantrell

Joanne (Sendelbach) Cantrell, 68, of Findlay, and formerly of Tiffin, entered into eternal rest on August 11, 2015 after her battle with cancer. She was born March 18, 1947 in Tiffin to Joseph L. and Bernadette (Ringwelski) Sendelbach.

Joanne graduated from Tiffin Calvert High School in 1965. She worked at RCA in Findlay for many years and made many friends with whom she had kept in contact with. In 2014, Joanne retired from Findlay Products. While residing in Toledo for a while, she worked and enjoyed bowling, which was her passion. Joanne was an avid reader and a big Cincinnati Bengals OSU fan. She was a hard worker, loved to travel, and loved spending time visiting family.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay, Ohio for their care shown to Joanne and support to the family during this difficult time.

Joanne is survived by her siblings, Mary (Ronald) Mathias, of Maumee, Ruth Bintz, of Tiffin, David (JoAnn Hark) Sendelbach, of Tiffin, Joyce (Mark) Swanger, of Reynoldsburgh, Nancy Sendelbach, of Tiffin, and Ann (Doug) West, of North Carolina. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Jeff (JoAnn) Mathias, Danielle (Tim) McDonald, Amy Mathias, Ryan Bintz, Jessica Sendelbach, and Kate Sendelbach; great-nephews and great-nieces, Spencer McDonald, Devan and Alyssa Mathias, Kali Bintz and Cloud Bonham. Joanne was preceded in death by her parents; great-nephew, Timmy McDonald; and brother-in-law, Wayne Bintz.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael the Archangel, 750 Bright Rd, Findlay, on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. with Father Michael Hohenbrink officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Bridge Hospice Care Center.
