David Charles Hauenstein, 66, of Findlay, passed away October 20, 2018 at his residence. He was born November 1, 1951 in Bluffton, OH to Geraldine “Gerry” (Houdeshell) Hauenstein, surviving, and the late E. Kenneth Hauenstein. David first married Pam McCann and they later divorced. On April 25, 1992 he married Debra Trimble and she survives him. David loved his family and enjoyed bowling and fishing. He worked as a route driver for Borden Dairy and Hyway Trucking.
David is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Debra; his son, Nathan D. Hauenstein of Findlay; step-sons, Michael W. Biltoft and Steven B. Chamberlain, both of Findlay; and grandchildren, Justin M. Chamberlain, Kayle D. Biltoft, Madison J. Biltoft and Jessica A. Chamberlain. He is also survived by his brothers, Timothy E. (Sandy), Paul A. (Ava), and Lee J. (Dana); and sisters, Alice (David) Radabaugh and Judy (Ametrano).
Friends and family may visit on Friday, October 26, 2018 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) with funeral services following immediately at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jim Klausing officiating. Memorial contributions in David’s name may be made to the Family in c/o the funeral home.
