Ronald Collins, 66, of Findlay, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. Ron was born March 2, 1952 in Kenton, Ohio to the late Calvin and Jeanette (May) Collins. Ron graduated from Findlay High School and went on to work for Cooper Tire before he retired after 33 years of service. Ron was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and a member of the VFW. His love and generosity will remain forever in the hearts of everyone that knew him.
Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Dianna (Deal) Collins; his children, Shawn (Tonya) Collins, Danny (Tabatha) Collins, Joshua Collins, Joleena (Brent) Vaughn, Brandy (James) Hamilton, Mollie Eckleberry, and Jeanette (James) Caldwell; brothers, John (Vicki) and Albert Collins; sisters, Frances Collins, Juanita Blevins, and Phyllis Merritt; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all his fine boys and spoiled girls.
Friends and family may visit on Friday, July 6, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2018 with Pastor Jim Klausing officiating. Interment will follow in Trinity Baptist Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Ronald’s name may be made to the family in c/o the funeral home.
