Terry R. Poe, 71, of Findlay, passed away at 9:05 A.M. Thursday, October 16, 2014 at his residence. Terry was born on September 1, 1943 in Bluffton, Ohio to Harold Poe and Wava Stribling. He married Carol (Mawer) Poe on April 30, 1966 and she survives.
Terry proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a COTE at Ameritech for more than 30 years before retiring. Terry enjoyed teaching the Jr. Bowler’s for many years. He had a passion for bowling.
Terry is survived by his wife; children, Randall D. (Melissa Fox) Poe, and Melissa L. (Jeff Jolliff) Baker.
Friends and Family may visit from 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Monday, October 20, 2014 at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at 11:30 A.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Brett Kelly officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Terry’s name may be made to the Zion United Methodist Church Building Fund or to Heifer International.
